May has been another exciting month in the Mediaworks office; we are continuing with our success into the summer months and with growing demand for search engine optimisation throughout the UK and Europe we have decided to help people in the North-East get into the competitive world of online marketing.

The Journal’s 100 Apprentices in 100 Days

The current economic climate has resulted in a difficult time for students and graduates to find jobs after studying. This difficulty has often been reported in the National news as more and more graduates struggle to find a relevant position.

Running alongside The Journal’s “100 Apprentices in 100 Days” campaign, we are working to help people who are struggling to find work in the North East “get their foot in the door” with the opportunity to gain experience in the SEO field by offering positions at Mediaworks

Junior SEO Roles

As part of this campaign we have recently appointed two junior SEO’s who will work closely with our technical team in carrying out reports and audits, technical analysis and client research. During this time, they will learn how Mediaworks has become one of the UK’s leading digital marketing agencies, our processes and further their knowledge of SEO.  They will also get the opportunity to work with enterprise SEO software and learn the ins and outs of online marketing which will stand them in great stead for the future.

We look forward to expansion once again and welcome our new junior SEO’s to the Mediaworks team!
