As a Mediaworks CRM, based in our Newcastle Head Office, you will be responsible for building fantastic relationships with our clients.
You will work as part of a team alongside some of the brightest digital talent, to deliver successful digital marketing campaigns to a wide portfolio of clients both regionally and nationally.
Your roles & responsibilities include:
Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
Monitoring campaign performance and delivering regular performance reports to your clients.
Identifying commercial opportunities to grow and develop your clients.
Taking responsibility for the quality assurance of all services delivered to your clients.
Collaborating with internal teams to deliver successful campaigns to your clients.
1-2 years’ experience in an account management or project management role.
Experience working in the digital industry is an advantage but not essential.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Well organised and process oriented.
Team player with a collaborative approach and a positive, outgoing personality.
Self-starter with strong self-management and time management skills.
Enthusiastic and eager to build on existing knowledge.
