At Mediaworks, our people are our priority. We actively recruit the industry’s most passionate, talented and experienced leaders to help us continue to deliver outstanding results. All of our team have that special Mediaworker DNA: industry knowledge, passion, hard work and innovation.
We strongly believe in knowledge-sharing, skills development and career progression. With regular training sessions, we keep our Mediaworkers at the top of their game. We encourage fresh approaches and new ways of thinking to continue our quest to innovate.
Recognition is a huge part of what we do. Our team are fundamental to our success, so we regularly reward those who go the extra mile. Of course, we’re huge fans of a social. From team-building trips to our annual end-of-year boat party, we like to let our hair down from time-to-time.
Whether we’re helping with a single campaign or your entire digital strategy, our team has the knowledge, skills and dedication to help you succeed.
Through using our intuitive data analysis tools, the choices we make for your campaigns are founded on fact, minimising guesswork and maximising success.
We believe in transparency and clarity around each of your campaigns. You’ll be assigned your own client relationship manager who will become your central point of contact, delivering regular progression updates. Of course, the rest of our team is on-hand to assist with any queries you may have too.
When you work with Mediaworks, your goals become our goals. We’ll use our extensive digital know-how to help you meet and exceed your business goals.
We’re committed to giving something back and regularly get involved in charity efforts to support the North East community and beyond. We’ve done everything from ice bucket challenges to bake sales, half-marathons and CEO sleepouts — check out the coverage on our blog.
The primary charity we support is Macmillan Cancer Support, a hugely important cause that helps improve the lives of cancer sufferers and their families. We’ve done everything from zip sliding off Newcastle’s Tyne Bridge to hosting coffee mornings, all in aid of this fantastic charity. We’ll continue to support and fundraise for Macmillan in the future.
