Community Engagement Manager

Here’s a taster of the role:

 

• Own community management of our leading clients’ brands, determining their online tone of voice, creating guidelines and methods of working
• Be the voice of the brand on social media, writing and publishing content, and responding to customer queries and providing support and guidance
• Establish online communities for leading brands, including Facebook groups and support networks, by analysing how audiences are using social media and other online platforms
• Reviewing and responding to online reviews on leading platforms including Trustpilot and Amazon, engaging one-on-one with customers and turning negative situations into a positive
• Engage and liaise with brand influencers, delivering campaigns to the client briefs and identifying opportunities to work with key sector influencers

 

The person we’re looking for:

 

• An experienced, passionate brand ambassador, dedicated to your clients’ success with a drive for delivering an excellent experience to their customers
• Someone with excellent time management and organisational skills, who is calm in the face of pressure and able to think on their feet
• A detail-oriented person who is experienced in working with highly regulated brands and sectors
• A team player who is happy to work as part of a client’s extended team, but is also able to work autonomously
