We are looking for an experienced Head of Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) to lead our team delivering strategies across a range of B2B and B2C clients in various sectors.
The Head of CRO will be ambitious, enthusiastic, commercially focussed and creative. They will have knowledge of UX and a passion for Data. They will be confident in their presentation and communication skills. Knowledge of Google Analytics, Hotjar, Convert is desirable.
You will work with our team of UX Designers, Data Analysts, and Developers to deliver intelligent CRO strategies for our clients.
Previous exposure to all aspects of CRO and UX would be required, as is an informed understanding of our wider digital services, in that of Website & App Development, SEO, Paid Advertising, and Content Marketing.
Ultimately, your responsibility as Head of CRO will be to manage and continuously develop the Mediaworks’ offering and ensure the team continues to deliver the outstanding results for our clients.
