Mediaworks, the award-winning digital marketing agency based in the North East, has become one of the first UK companies to be accredited by Google’s International Growth Partner Programme.
As one of a select number of UK businesses to be granted exclusive access to Google’s international trading tools, Mediaworks now has access to Google’s global data and export analytics for its clients.
Brett Jacobson, Chief Executive Officer at Mediaworks, said: “One of the biggest challenges that most exporters face is obtaining accurate market insights. Analysing your products and service demands, category growth, competition by category costs, and seasonality power is a challenge for any business moving into multiple new markets.
“Access to Google’s global data and market insight tools will further enhance our ability to support our clients by analysing and benchmarking these critical market insights.”
Mediaworks has led international campaigns for its clients since 2009 and the programme will allow the company to enhance existing data to advise clients on the most viable and profitable international markets to invest in.
Brett continued: “International growth is important for our clients and future economic growth. The contribution of online international trade continues to grow — last year 23 per cent of all European e-commerce sales were reported to be cross border purchases and we expect this trend to continue to grow.”
Partnering with the Google International Growth Partner Programme is the latest initiative from Mediaworks to develop further strategic value for their clients, and will result in being listed globally as a Google-endorsed agency for their export programmes.
