Southern Water makes a big splash in the water sector following the launch of their new website

Southern Water has launched a new website as part of its commitment to continuously improving the service they provide to their customers. The website gives customers easy access to key information as well as greater control of their accounts online.  

The website was designed and developed by leading digital agency Mediaworks, who have been working with Southern Water on multiple projects to help deliver their commitment to driving positive change in the sector. 

With a relentless focus on usability and accessibility, the new website offers an intuitive interface that allows customers to engage with essential services effortlessly. From bill payments to issue reporting, every journey on the website has been designed collaboratively with the relevant stakeholders to ensure a frictionless experience for customers whilst driving operational efficiencies for the organisation.
