The shortlist for the Prolific North Awards 2018 was unveiled today and we’re pleased to announce that Mediaworks has been nominated in not one but two categories!
We have been shortlisted for the Integrated Agency (30+ Employees) award for our consistent commitment to digital, creating cross-channel campaigns that successfully grow our clients’ digital presence and help them meet their online objectives.
We’re also nominated for the App of the Year award in recognition of the Great British Coin Hunt app we created to support The Royal Mint’s release of their quintessentially British 10p coins. Through using artificial intelligence and image recognition technology, we were able to create a sophisticated, user-centric app that launched to great success — achieving 7,000 downloads within its first 24 hours of launching.
Now in its sixth year, The Prolific North Awards celebrate the success of the North’s creative media companies. The winners of the awards will be announced on Thursday 24th May at The Principal in Manchester.
