Zentia tasked Mediaworks with the creation of a new website that would speak to its audience and show off its innovative brand.

Zentia is a market-leading supplier of ceiling solutions for various sectors and applications. As part of an international business carve-out, Zentia was embarking on a journey and needed its agencies to work closely to build the best digital platform and experience.

We think

Zentia needed a new digital platform that would showcase the group's full offering.

The existing platform, built in Magento, was too rigid and didn't offer enough autonomy to the internal marketing team. Zentia needed a website that could be flexible for different customers, while also allowing internal IT and marketing teams to self-manage the site.

It also needed to be able to provide enhanced technical specifications for partners and suppliers, as well as provide a training and accreditation platform for installers.

We designed and implemented a new website that offers a tailored experience for all.

The website has multisite functionality for different user groups, which enables greater customisation of user journeys and personalisation across various regions.

The solution finder feature allows customers unfamiliar with the product range to find a solution that meets their specific needs. Further optimisation of this platform is currently underway which will allow users to build their solution, specifying shape and colour as part of a linear journey. The acoustic calculator also allows users to customise room specifications and easily download acoustic, perfect for builders and architects.
