As the United Kingdom’s number one provider of secure storage containers and portable site accommodation, Mobile Mini operates out of 15 branches across the United Kingdom. Mobile Mini identified the opportunity to fuel growth through new business enquiries but was not convinced it was maximising returns with existing suppliers.

Mediaworks partnered with Mobile Mini to support its new customer acquisition strategy. Starting with data, we bridged silos of information to unearth the most valuable activity. By placing Mobile Mini product categories at the top of search – where 93% of buying decisions begin – we positioned the client’s marketing efforts to fuel sustainable growth in customer acquisition.

We implemented onsite technical and content updates that improved relevancy, increasing traffic and establishing authority by optimising content for customer intent. By prioritising these organic search categories, we optimised for search areas that were proven to offer the highest likelihood of high-value sales.

Mediaworks took control of paid search advertising, initiating a programme of hyper-targeted campaigns. We updated Mobile Mini’s approach to become more efficient, and we reallocated its budget to areas of higher value to fuel incremental sales. The introduction of conversion rate optimisation continually tested, optimised, and evolved onsite experiences, turned clicks into customers, and maximised Mobile Mini’s investment from each stage of its sales funnel.

The partnership has resulted in a 57% increase in organic conversions, a reduction in customer acquisition costs by 80%, and an increase in new business conversions by 281%. Mediaworks was able to support Mobile Mini in posting its most successful trading year on record.
