Launched in 2006 after a change in prescription pet food sale legislation, VioVet is the leading pet retailer in the United Kingdom. VioVet offers a variety of pet and horse supplies to over one million customers through its online stores. The company required a new partner to optimise its existing campaigns and help fuel growth to achieve its business goals in an increasingly competitive market.

Mediaworks developed an intelligent, data-led customer acquisition strategy for VioVet that included structured, distinct, and standalone campaigns that allowed for proactive changes in spend in response to seasonal and market trends. We incorporated product segmentation, advanced campaign structures, and data-driven product feed optimisation. By applying relevant levels of advertising spend to each product category, we were able to track and respond to changing market dynamics, maximise high demand product conversions, and fuel profitable growth.
